It is no surprise that Stuart Perry is always found smiling ear to ear, jolly and eager to pop a raspberry white chocolate macaron (or whichever latest creation happens to be nearby) in your mouth. There is simply no way to resist the enticing beauty of each colourful pastry, aromatic bread and delectable desserts, all made from scratch. This all in addition to a plethora of in-house-crafted jams, jellies, pickles, cakes, and much more, each touched by Stuart’s quality handiwork and passion.

It is clearly evident that Stuart absolutely loves what he does and why he’s been doing it for 25 years. Knosh Catering serves clients with skillfully prepared delicacies, mostly made with locally supplied ingredients.

Knosh Catering specializes in British and European cuisine.  Cream Teas, Afternoon Teas and High Teas are his forte.  Stuart teaches small group cooking classes featuring British and European delicacies. Among them are the truly enjoyable Cornish pastas, pork pies, French macaroons, and Chicken Azoul.


Knosh Catering works with clients to ensure a successful event.  An extensive menu provides many choices plus special requests. Individualized menus and pricing are provided to suit your needs.

Stuart reaches the public at Farmer’s Markets, two food trucks, and from his kitchen.

Stuart does full catering for groups up to and above 200. Weddings, funerals, corporate lunches, family gatherings are served by his experience. His menu also includes Italian, Asian, specialty requests, gluten-free, celiac, vegan and vegetarian.  

Stuart and his team were called upon to serve tasty meals for Canadian Red Cross during their entire service to Fort McMurray Fire victims and the resettlement period.
